I graduated from Bridgewater State University with degrees in education and sociology. After working for over 20 years with children, I decided to go back to school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I had witnessed the incredible benefits that massage therapy had on the health and well-being of several of my loved ones and wanted to become part of the solution. 

I decided to attend Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA and have been working at a private practice in Holden, MA. I recently decided to expand my horizons and in doing so decided to provide mobile massage and Reiki services. I enjoy incorporating many modalities of massage into my sessions, but I am especially passionate about providing prenatal massage, instructing parents on infant massage, Reiki, and working with the older population. I have plans to get certified in Geriatric Massage next!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my amazing family and friends. I also enjoy hiking in the woods (more like strolling), spending time on Cape Cod, playing card games, and love all things baby!
